What Lecithin Injection and L-Carnitine injection are and what they are used for.

 

Phosphatidylcholine, the active ingredient of Lecithin injection, is derived from soy bean

lecithin. Chemically, the phosphatidylcholine molecule consists of a head group

(phosphorylcholine), a middle piece (glycerol), and two tails (the fatty acids, which vary). The

phosphatidylcholine molecules present in the tissues of organisms may vary depending on the

radical of the fatty acid linked to the molecule. The injectable lecithin is clear yellowish liquid, free from visible particles. Each vial contains Phosphatidylcholine 250mg in 5ml.

L-Carnitine belongs to the group of amino acid. Our body produces it to maintain basic metabolism. It is important in transporting fatty acids from outside the cells into the cells, for burning in mitochondria and releasing energy. Each ampoule contains L-Carnitine 2g in 5ml. The L-Carnitine Injection is a weight loss treatment that helps the body turn fat into energy. Some sportsmen use this L-Carnitine to enhance their performance and tone up their muscles. And other beauty benefits. Scope of application: conditioning cellulite, dissolving fats and slimming.

 

The two injection used cooperatively could consume body heat to achieve healthy weight loss; balance cholesterol levels, increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol and lower low density lipoprotein; tighten skin.

 

Before you use Lecithin Injection and L-Carnitine injection.

The product should be administered by a licensed medical practitioner.

The person hypersensitive to any ingredients, pregnant and nursing women, scar constitution are inhibited to use. L-Carnitine seems to make seizures more likely in people who have had seizures before. If you have had a seizure, don't use L-Carnitine. Alcohol, tobacco and irritable food should be avoided during and after use of the product. There may be temporary discomfort such as slight redness, swelling and bruises, cold compress can be adopted to relief these symptoms. The injection site should keep clean, do not scratch and avoid water in 24 hours, to protect from infection. Do exercise to speed up the metabolism and boosts health.

 

How to use Lecithin Injection and L-Carnitine injection.

 

(1) Use Lecithin Injection individually

The technique used for body slimming and obesity treatment was subcutaneous infiltration with undiluted lecithin (250mg/5ml).The injection was injected into the fat deposit following a multi-injection pattern according to the shape of the fat deposit. The amounts of lecithin injected into each fat deposit ranged between 5 ml and 30 ml per application according to the

individual needs of the patient. For the detailed injection parts and dosages, please see the table here below. It does not matter if there are any particles present in light inspection, just shake well before use.

 

(2) Use L-Carnitine injection individually

L-Carnitine injection is recommended at 2g every 4 days for best result. However, you may reduce the dosage with the advice of doctor. The L-carnitine is taken intravenously either by normal injection or using a butterfly needle or subcutaneous injection. After taking this Lcarnitine, you can carry out exercise around 15-20 minutes daily.

1. Intravenous drip. It is the most effective method that need 15 minutes to 1 hour.

(3) Use Lecithin Injection and L-Carnitine injection cooperatively

Extract L-Carnitine injection completely with a syringe, and inject into the Lecithin Injection vial, shake well for subcutaneous injection. The injection was injected into the fat deposit following a multi-injection pattern according to the shape of the fat deposit.

Inject 0.4~0.5ml on a spot and move to next half an inch or a

centimeter distant.

Face (double chin)

For those areas with small fat deposits were infiltrated at only

one central point, whereas in larger areas, the injections

were at equidistant points of approximately 1 cm. At each

application site, 0.2ml was injected, totaling 0.2 to 5.0ml per

session.

Other parts such as armpit,

upper arm, back and thigh

Adjust (mostly less than abdomen/waist/hip) injection quantity

according to the obesity degree of the part to be injected.

 

Possible side effects.

The common side effects for Lecithin Injection are pain, swelling and erythema, which typically lasted for 2-3 days. Haematomas also occurred in some patients. No serious side effects or complications were noted in clinic. Using the correct technique, injecting lecithin may be a safe and efficacious alternative to liposuction in patients objecting to surgery. L-Carnitine injection can cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, heartburn, diarrhea, and seizures. It can also cause the urine, breath, and sweat to have a

“fishy” odor.

 

Storing Lecithin Injection and L-Carnitine injection.

The recommend storage temperature: store under refrigeration (4°C~9°C). Protect from light. Use immediately after mixed. Discard the unused portion.

Do not use after the expiry date.
